Welcome Tax Masters Clients

Dear TaxMasters Clients and Friends:

 

We are looking at some changes here at TaxMasters.  After 38 fantastic years in business and much consideration, we have decided to retire and sell TaxMasters to Chris Fleming, founder and CEO of Fleming Advisors, LLC.  

 

We spent a great deal of time and effort searching for the right team to continue servicing your accounting and tax needs and we feel confident that Chris and his team will be a good match for our clients. After interviews, it was apparent that Chris and his team not only share the same core values we do, they also bring valuable experience and expertise which gives us great confidence that they will be able to continue providing you with quality tax and accounting services as you have come to expect over the years here at TaxMasters.

 

We will be working closely with Chris and his team to ensure the smoothest transition possible and will be available over the next several months to consult and collaborate as needed. There are several things we want to point out that will not change:

 

• Our fee structure will not change.

• The services we have provided you in the past will continue to be offered.

• Fleming Advisors utilizes the same tax software as TaxMasters, ensuring a seamless transition of critical tax items such as depreciation, basis, carry forwards, etc.
